Individual psychotherapy starts with an initial assessment of your psychological wellness goals. After establishing your goals, we will collaborate to determine the most effective approach to achieve them while staying true to your values. This approach may involve gaining insight into specific issues, engaging in problem-solving, examining problematic behaviors and thought patterns, and building more adaptive responses. Additionally, we may focus on establishing healthier routines that support your progress towards your goals.

Coaching aims to enhance targeted problem-solving skills through development and implementation. This may include learning how to establish and maintain healthy boundaries, both with yourself and with others in your life. It may also involve increasing accountability in planning and executing your personal goals. I provide both individual coaching and family coaching services.
Family coaching is especially beneficial for individuals who have a loved one experiencing a mental health condition. We will focus on how to best support your loved one while also prioritizing self-care for you and other family members.

As a case manager, I work in close collaboration with my clients and other healthcare providers involved in their care. This involves facilitating connections with appropriate community support services, such as private practitioners in various healthcare fields, psychotherapeutic and peer groups, and other relevant community resources.
Case management also entails coordination of care between primary care physicians, medical visits, psychiatrists, psychotherapists, and other therapeutic services that may be identified throughout our work together. I prioritize consistent and reliable communication between providers, seeking to eliminate any gaps in care.
In addition, as a case manager, I can assist clients in translating the skills they learn in their psychotherapy sessions into practical application in their daily lives.
